Welcome to the new IFAL USA site! I feel honored to take the organization into its next step. Our vision is to become a reference point for Action Learning, where individuals interested in learning about Action Learning and action learning-related approaches can find information; where practitioners can exchange ideas, questions and lessons, and enrich their professional development; where those interested in designing or implementing action learning based programs can connect with the professionals who have the expertise in how to do it.
